چکیده
Abstract. In the aerospace industry, turbine disk plays a crucial role. Controlling average grain size during hot forming of nickel-based superalloys such as Inconel 718 is critical for production. Recrystallization primarily responsible evolution microstructure process. current study, Finite Element Method (FEM) employed to assess an incremental rolling FEM simulations are used obtain temperature, strain and rate distributions. Then, utilizing these deformation distributions, recrystallization consequent distributions calculated using Johnson-Mehl-Avrami-Kolmogorov (JMAK) equations. Simulations conducted different spindle rates workpiece. This process sensitive temperature meta-dynamic recrystallization. Results show that increases with due inelastic heat generation. Also higher variation through thickness obtained simulation lower since fraction higher.

Influence of Hot Rolling and Heat Treatment on the Microstructural Evolution of β20C Titanium Alloy
The microstructural evolution and underlying mechanism of a new high strength, high toughness near β titanium alloy, β20C, during hot deformation, and heat treatment were studied qualitatively and quantitatively. It was found that dynamic recovery occurs mainly in β phase, while α phase undergoes both a dynamic recovery and continuous incomplete dynamic recrystallization with a fraction of high...
متن کاملMicrostructure and Mechanical Properties Evolution of the Al, C-Containing CoCrFeNiMn-Type High-Entropy Alloy during Cold Rolling
The effect of cold rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of an Al- and C-containing CoCrFeNiMn-type high-entropy alloy was reported. The alloy with a chemical composition (at %) of (20-23) Co, Cr, Fe, and Ni; 8.82 Mn; 3.37 Al; and 0.69 C was produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis with subsequent induction. In the initial as-cast condition the alloy had an face...

متن کاملMicrostructural Evaluation of Ti-6AL-4V Alloy during Hot Deformation
Among the titanium alloys, Ti-6Al-4V is the most widely used. In the present work, the uniaxial hot compressive behavior of Ti-6Al-4V has been investigated under constant strain rates. A series of dilatometery experiments were carried out to determine the transformation temperatures at different cooling rates. Specimens were homogenized at 1050 °C for 10 minutes followed by fast cooling to dif...
